Reflecting on the Ensign Annual Summit 2026

Conduit’s team had the opportunity to attend, connect, and engage with incredible leaders across the post-acute care ecosystem.

It was a tremendous honor spending time with so many operators who truly embody that mindset - putting the right people in place first, and building excellence from there.

The conversations were energizing.
The challenges were real.
The opportunities ahead are big.

At 𝐂𝐨𝐧𝐝𝐮𝐢𝐭, we believe AI should serve the boots-on-the-ground teams first - admissions coordinators, MDS nurses, DONs, regional leaders - the people doing the work every single day.

And yes… we were proud to help support the first-ever Ensign pickleball tournament. Safe to say, the competitive spirit is alive and well in skilled nursing.
